Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Prepare orientation materials and organize new hire activities.
  • Record Management: Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide day-to-day support to the HR team.
  • Project Contribution: Assist with HR projects, including policy development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Best Practices Research: Explore HR trends and recommend innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Are proficient in Google Suite and other digital tools.
  • Are self-motivated and can manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
  • Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Are located in PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones to align with team schedules.
