Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Client Support Intern, you will:

  • Prospect Identification and Outreach: Research and identify potential clients, initiating contact to educate them on RAID’s innovative AI solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, refining messaging to maximize client engagement.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage leads, update the CRM system, and ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
  • Customer Insights and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue growth.
  • Presentation Preparation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create persuasive presentations and tailored pitches for clients.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up communications, providing additional information as needed.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Track outreach effectiveness, compile data for reports, and present insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Draft emails to C-suite executives to schedule consulting calls with RAID’s Custom Development team.
    • Monitor and answer calls, accurately recording all gathered information in the phone message tracker.

Your contributions will directly impact RAID’s sales and client engagement strategies, enabling meaningful connections with C-suite executives and driving AI adoption across industries.

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Are detail-oriented and capable of accurately managing client data and interactions.
  • Are self-motivated and can work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reside within PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones to align with team schedules.
