The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Social Media Creator to help grow RAID’s online presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop professional content for RAID’s primary platform, LinkedIn, and to explore additional strategies to amplify our brand.

This 3-month internship requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, and candidates must be located within PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones to align with our team’s schedule. Weekly team meetings are mandatory to ensure alignment, collaboration, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Intern, you will:

  • Create Impactful Content: Develop professional posts, articles, and updates to showcase RAID’s expertise in AI, industry trends, and company achievements, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Handle scheduling, commenting, and fostering an engaged online community.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the marketing team to design a content calendar aligned with RAID’s brand and goals.
  • Engage with the Community: Respond to messages, participate in relevant groups, and expand RAID’s professional network.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Track performance metrics, analyze content engagement, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay Informed: Research best practices, social media trends, and AI industry developments to keep our content fresh and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidates who have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Commitment to attending weekly team meetings (held on Zoom, with cameras on for engagement).
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn content creation and management is required.
  • Exceptional ability to craft professional, engaging posts.
  • Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with AI technology is a plus but not mandatory. Experience managing other platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) is a bonus.
