I was part of this AI class and it was super-awesome. I learned a lot about AI and how to use it for research. Not just researching by policy ideas or policy alternatives, but solutions to some of the problems that various states are encountering both civil and policy challenges as well as find sample language for drafting language on behalf of legislators, and it was just a super impressive experience for me.

I learned a lot, a wealth of information. I was super excited! I am excited to learn more as I use it day-to-day.

One of the things in the AI Empowerment Workshop for CEOs is how to increase productivity. AI partnered in a conscious way does so much in the back-end to do things efficiently. Videra supports people called to make a different in the world and use their resources to do that. We connect inspired change-makers at a Soul-level. We created a brand-identity, a voice, and now anything we produce has brand harmony in the same tone as our business. I am a mother and it has been difficult for my business partner and I to create what we wanted, but this workshop really helped to collapse time. It has been really empowering to come together to learn these skills and give us another business partner to take our vision and mission and to integrate it.

Because of the workshop, everyday we have more time to spend with people we love and these tools help me to spend less time on my business and focus more time on shifts I want to make and create a ripple effect starting within my own home.

I believe AI has the power to transform our business and how I came to this conclusion was Nikky, who reinforced my vision to put AI in the core of my strategy. I really gained a lot of benefit from the AI Empowerment Workshop for CEOs. Before the workshop, I had a limited understanding of AI and its uses.

I can be now far more effective. I have shifted my entire business model. I am custom-creating GPTs to fit the specific needs of my business and personal life. I’m excited about having a custom tool that can benefit my industry and work. I have already implemented all the AI tools to create e-books and moved it into the creation of my daily habits. Everything has incorporated AI.

I learned from the AI Empowerment for CEOs, a lot of stuff, but the most important this is to optimize time, make things easier, and with much less effort so you can focus a lot less on building info products, and focus more on marketing and selling. Because of the workshop, I have more time to focus on the more important stuff. The stuff that took months to create now takes weeks so I have more time to test new products.

When I started using a lot of tools I learned at the workshop, it helped me a lot. It really is helping me and
optimizing everything.

I really learned how to integrate different apps together using Zapier.

It was a hand-on practice and we were able to use ChatGPT and upload Excel spreadsheets and keep something really amazing out of it, graphs, slides, and slide shows. I am going to be able to streamline a lot of projects, saving a lot of time. These apps make me a lot more productive in my day-to-day dealings.

Scoutly is an AI automation software that helps people find internships in colleges and career professionals. It is amazing what ChatGPT can do.

From automation to any partciular need you need. The vastness of its knowledge is beyond what I expected.

Anything I am thinking of making a business, I am going to make a prompt using ChatGPT. It is exactly what I need. There is a couple different AI platforms I use.

One is Pictory to create a video salesletter so instead of paying thousands of dollars, I can make it for free. Also, using AI to create social media posts, IG shorts and reels. AI really helps with automation. AI has no limits.

I attended this amazing AI Immersion workshop led by Nikky Kho. What a gift from #utahtechweek!

While my notes are extensive, my key takeaway was: if your business isn’t embracing and exploring AI now (yesterday) it’s not likely to be here in 3-5 years. I’m paraphrasing, but you get the picture. 

Translating that through my lens of employee culture/learning & development, and change management, here’s what companies should consider: 

* Change Management: People don’t fear change. They fear loss. Many employees will lose their value. Acknowledge their feelings around this and help them learn how to work with AI to do their jobs smarter and more efficiently with AI. While AI will eliminate many jobs eventually, be transparent with your employees about it and prepare them for new opportunities that will come from it. 

* Learning & Develoment: hold internal trainings to teach your employees how to write personas, generate prompts, and use GPT tools for better results. It will make them more efficient and empower them to be creative. Offer career pathing so employees can be ready for something new when their jobs change. Bonus: it will make them less fearful of the change. 

* Employee Culture: give your employees the space to explore AI. If your values don’t support innovation, consider a change. Make sure your culture reinforces innovative curiosity and acknowledge effort in addition to success. If employees are afraid to fail, you’ve stifled creativity already. Have a framework for testing innovation internally so it doesn’t break things or cause a lawsuit. Make it a part of your interview process, the performance matrix and recognition criteria.

That was the best 3 hours of my week [at Utah Tech Week] and I was telling everyone at dinner last night about what I learned. It’s easy to be an evangelist of AI when you get such an amazing deep dive like we had yesterday! Thrilled to help my clients understand and not fear the changes coming with AI!
